Terms of Use

These Terms of Use (“Terms”) apply when you use GOROB.ai. Please read them together with our Privacy Policy and Refund Policy.

1. Who we are and who can use GOROB.ai

These Terms are a contract between you and [LEGAL NAME] LLC, a limited liability company registered in the State of Washington, USA, [ADDRESS] (“GOROB.ai”, “we”, “us”). Our contact details are on the Contact page.

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account or use GOROB.ai. You accept these Terms when you tick the box agreeing to them as you sign in. If you do not agree, please do not use GOROB.ai.

2. The Service

GOROB.ai lets you create songs, videos, images and voice content from materials you provide, using third-party artificial intelligence (AI) technologies. Results are generated automatically. They vary from one generation to the next and may differ from what you expected; this is a normal feature of the Service, not a defect. Results that fail, are corrupted or cannot be delivered are covered by our Refund Policy.

We may improve or change the Service. If a change significantly reduces the features of a plan you have already paid for, we will tell you in advance, and you may cancel that plan and get back the part of your payment that corresponds to the plan credits you have not used (those credits are removed from your balance).

3. How purchases work

Purchases on GOROB.ai are sold through Link. Link, Stripe’s consumer platform, acting through Sold through Link, LLC, is the merchant of record for all our orders. Link processes your payment, calculates and collects applicable taxes, issues receipts and invoices, and handles payment questions, subscription management and refund requests at link.com under Link’s purchase terms. We provide the GOROB.ai service and support for it at [email protected]. Your card statement will show “LINK.COM* GOROB.AI”.

4. Prices and taxes

Prices are in US dollars. If you are in the European Economic Area (EU countries, Iceland, Liechtenstein and Norway), the United Kingdom or Ukraine, the prices we show you include VAT. Elsewhere, applicable taxes are calculated at checkout and added before you pay. We charge no other fees. Link may display and charge the amount in your local currency; for subscriptions, the local-currency amount can vary between payments because of exchange rates.

Regional prices. We show prices for the region we detect from your IP address. If you use a VPN, proxy or similar service, you may see prices for a different region. The final amount, including any applicable tax, is always shown at checkout before you pay, and that is the amount you agree to pay. A different price shown because your location was masked is not a pricing error and is not a reason for a refund or a price adjustment.

5. Credits

Credits are prepaid units that can be used only for features of GOROB.ai. You receive them with a subscription or buy them separately; before you pay, we show how many credits you will get. Credits do not expire, including after a subscription ends.

Before you start a generation, we show how many credits it costs. We may change credit costs for the future, but never for a generation you have already started.

Credits are not money: they have no cash value and cannot be transferred, sold or exchanged for cash, except where the law requires otherwise. Unused credits are refundable only as described in our Refund Policy and in this section. If we discontinue the Service, we will tell you at least 30 days in advance and refund the price of your unused credits, including credits from subscriptions.

6. Subscriptions

Subscriptions renew automatically. Each plan renews at the end of every monthly or annual period, and Link charges the price of your plan for the next period until you cancel. You can have several subscriptions at the same time, one per plan; each one is billed and cancelled separately.

The credits included in a plan are added to your balance each time the plan is paid (for an annual plan, a full year of credits at once) and remain yours after the plan ends. Features follow your highest active plan.

You can cancel at any time in the Subscription section of your account settings or in your Link account at link.com. Cancelling stops future renewals; you keep the plan until the end of the period you have already paid for, and you can resume it before then at no extra charge. Except as stated in these Terms or our Refund Policy, or required by law, we do not refund the unused part of a period.

7. Price changes

We may change subscription prices for valid reasons, such as changes in our costs, taxes or the features of the Service. We will email you at least 14 and no more than 30 days before a new price applies to your next renewal and tell you how to cancel. A new price never applies to a period you have already paid for. If you do not agree with the new price, cancel before your next renewal. Where the law requires it (for example, in New York), you may also cancel within 14 days after your first payment at the new price and receive a refund in proportion to the unused period.

8. Your materials and results

You keep all rights in the photos, videos, audio, text and other materials you upload (“Inputs”). You give us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to host, store, process and transmit your Inputs and the results (“Outputs”), including to our service providers, and to display them on pages you choose to share, solely to provide the Service to you. This licence ends when you delete the content, except for data we must keep by law or that remains in backups for a limited time. We do not train AI models on your Inputs or Outputs.

As between you and us, we assign to you any rights we have in your Outputs, and you may use them for personal and commercial purposes within the limits of these Terms. Outputs are produced with third-party AI technologies, and your rights to use them are limited to the rights we receive from the providers of those technologies. Purely AI-generated material may not be protected by copyright, similar Outputs may be generated for other users, and we do not guarantee that an Output is unique, can be registered or is free of third-party claims. You use Outputs at your own discretion and responsibility.

If you publish Outputs on other platforms (such as streaming or video services), follow their rules on disclosing AI use. On request, we will confirm in writing that an Output was created on GOROB.ai with third-party AI technologies, and when.

9. People in your content

You may upload or use a person’s face, body or voice only if it is you, if that person is an adult who has given you permission for this specific use, including any public sharing, or, if the person has died, if you are legally entitled to authorise the use. Do not upload photos, videos or voice recordings that show or feature anyone under 18 — this includes your own children and childhood photos of adults. Do not use Outputs that show or sound like a real person in advertising, on merchandise or for fundraising without that person’s written consent. We may ask you to show this permission.

10. Prohibited uses

You may not use GOROB.ai to create, upload or share:

• nude, sexual or intimate depictions of any real person;
• any content showing a person under 18, or any sexual or sexualised content involving minors;
• content that impersonates a real person without their consent, or is designed to deceive people into believing it is authentic, including for fraud, harassment, or political or election purposes;
• imitations of celebrities or other public figures, including “sound-alike” voices;
• content that infringes the rights of others, such as copyright, trademark, privacy or publicity rights;
• content that is otherwise illegal, threatening, hateful or harassing.

You also may not try to get around our safety filters or limits, interfere with or overload the Service, or access it by automated means other than features we provide.

11. Reports, moderation and appeals

We and our providers use automated filters, and we review reports manually, to prevent and remove prohibited content. Anyone can report content, even without an account, by writing to [email protected] with a link to the content and the reason. We remove non-consensual intimate images within 48 hours of a valid request.

If we remove your content or restrict your account, we will tell you what we did and why, whether automated tools were involved, and how to challenge the decision, by replying to our notice or writing to [email protected]. We may suspend or close an account for a serious or repeated breach of these Terms, and we close the accounts of repeat copyright infringers.

We report threats to anyone’s life or safety to law enforcement, and apparent child sexual abuse material to the US National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC). Copyright notices go to our designated agent listed on the Contact page.

12. AI labels

Outputs are AI-generated and may carry machine-readable marks, such as metadata or watermarks, that identify them as AI-generated. Do not remove or alter these marks. If you publish Outputs that show real people in a way that could appear authentic, label them as AI-generated wherever the law or the platform requires it; if you use the Service for business purposes, always label such content.

13. Availability

GOROB.ai relies on third-party infrastructure and AI technologies. Generation can take longer at busy times, and some features may occasionally be unavailable. We work to fix problems quickly. To the extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for delays or interruptions caused by events outside our reasonable control.

14. Liability

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited by law, including liability for fraud, gross negligence, wilful misconduct, death or personal injury, or your statutory rights as a consumer, such as your rights if digital content or a digital service is faulty. Subject to this, and to the extent permitted by law, the Service is provided “as is”, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for purchases on GOROB.ai (through Link) in the 12 months before the claim.

15. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Washington, USA. If you are a consumer, you also keep the protection of the mandatory laws of the country or US state where you live, and if you live in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom or Ukraine, you may bring a claim in the courts where you live. 16. Changes to these Terms and closing your account

We will tell you about material changes to these Terms by email or in your account at least 30 days before they take effect and ask you to accept them. Changes do not apply to disputes that arose before they take effect. If you do not accept them, you can cancel your subscriptions and close your account.

You can close your account at any time by writing to [email protected]; before you do, save anything you want to keep. If we close your account, we will give you 30 days to save your content, unless we close it because of a serious breach of these Terms or the law prevents it.

17. Partners

If you promote GOROB.ai as a partner, you must clearly disclose next to every link or recommendation that you earn a commission (for example, “Paid link” or “I earn a commission if you subscribe”), must not publish fake or paid-for reviews, and may make claims about GOROB.ai only from materials we approve.

18. Language versions

These Terms are also available in other languages. If a translation differs from the English version, the English version prevails, unless the law of your country requires otherwise.
