1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the website https://gorob.ai (hereinafter — the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

2. Services and Orders

GOROB.ai is an online AI service that allows users to generate digital content from user-provided materials. All services are provided electronically through the website.

Each generation ("Order") is purchased individually at the price displayed for the selected template at the time of purchase. There is no subscription, credit balance, or bulk package — you pay once for each specific generation you request.

Payment is made for initiating the Generation process and using the computing resources necessary to produce the result, not for a specific subjective or aesthetic outcome.

Most generations complete within a few minutes; however, during periods of high load or due to third-party services, processing may take longer.

GOROB.ai may change the list of templates, AI models, service features, and generation prices without prior notice to users. Such changes do not affect Orders that have already been paid for.

3. Third-Party Services

The Service relies on third-party infrastructure, AI models, and cloud providers. Temporary interruptions, delays, or changes in the availability of such third-party services may affect processing times. GOROB.ai is not responsible for interruptions or delays that are solely attributable to third-party service providers.

4. Use of "AI Song" Generation Results

The "AI Song" feature uses artificial intelligence technologies to automatically generate musical content.

GOROB.ai does not guarantee that any copyright or other intellectual property rights will arise, who they would belong to, or that the generated result can be registered as such.

GOROB.ai does not guarantee the uniqueness of the generated musical content and is not liable for any resemblance to other musical works or for any third-party claims.

Use of the generated result, including its publication or commercial use, is undertaken by the user independently, at their own discretion and under their own responsibility.

5. Payments

All payments are processed securely in Ukrainian Hryvnia (UAH) using Visa and Mastercard bank cards through the integrated WayForPay payment gateway. You agree to provide accurate and complete billing information.

6. User Conduct & Content Restrictions

You retain ownership of the materials you upload, but you are strictly prohibited from submitting an Order that:

• Contains pornography, nudity, or sexually explicit material;
• Features deepfakes or realistic depictions of real individuals without their explicit consent;
• Infringes on third-party copyrights or intellectual property rights;
• Attempts to interfere with or abuse the Service.

The Service reserves the right to terminate your access or cancel any Order immediately if a violation is detected.

7. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. GOROB.ai shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the Service, including third-party downtime or technical service interruptions.
