No. Unused credits don't expire — when you renew, they're added to the new grant (50 left, renew for another 100, and your balance becomes 150). Credits you top up separately don't expire either and wait their turn.

Yes — monthly or annual, any time in your account. Your plan renews automatically at the end of each period until you cancel; after cancelling, access and credits stay until the end of the period you already paid for, with no further charges.
