Consumer Health Data Privacy Policy
Under Washington’s My Health My Data Act, face images and voice recordings from which an identifier can be extracted may count as “consumer health data”, even though GOROB.ai is not a health service. This policy explains which such data we collect, why and from which sources, with whom we share it, and how you can exercise your rights. It supplements our Privacy Policy.
1. Which data we collect
- images of faces and bodies in photos and videos you upload, and results that show them;
- voice recordings you upload, voice clones you create, and results that use them.
We do not collect information about your health and do not infer it from your content.
2. Why we use it
Only to create the results you request, store them for you, show them on pages you choose to share, and check them for prohibited content. We do not use this data to identify anyone or for advertising, and we do not train AI models on it. We collect and share it only as needed to provide the service you request or to keep it safe, where the law requires it, or with consent.
3. Sources
You, when you upload content, and other users whose uploads show you or use your voice — they must have your permission.
4. Who we share it with
- AI technology providers that create results on our instructions;
- hosting and storage providers;
- people you choose to share a page or result with;
- authorities, when the law requires it.
We do not sell consumer health data.
5. Your rights
You can:
- confirm whether we collect or share your consumer health data and get access to it, including a list of all third parties and affiliates with whom we have shared it and their contact details;
- withdraw your consent;
- have your consumer health data deleted, including from our backups; we also tell our providers to delete it;
- appeal if we refuse your request.
To make a request, write to [email protected] with the subject “Health data request”. We reply within 45 days; if we need more time, we may extend this once by 45 days and will tell you why. To appeal, reply to our decision; we answer within 45 days. If we deny your appeal, you can complain to the Washington State Attorney General at atg.wa.gov/file-complaint. We do not treat you differently for exercising these rights.
