Privacy Policy

1. Data Collection

We process only the personal data necessary to operate the Service:

  • Account Information: information provided during authorization (such as your email address and name).
  • User Media: materials that you choose to upload to submit an Order and use the platform's core Generation features.
  • Technical Data: IP addresses, browser types, Cookies, and basic usage statistics collected through analytics and security providers (e.g., Cloudflare).

We do not collect or store your payment card details. All billing info is processed directly and securely by WayForPay.

2. Purpose of Processing

Your data is processed solely to:

  • Operate, maintain, and deliver the core functionality of the Service;
  • Manage your Orders and payment history;
  • Provide technical user support;
  • Protect the platform against fraudulent activities and policy abuse.

3. Media File Processing and Storage

Materials uploaded for an Order are transferred via secure protocols (API) to technical servers to perform the automated Generation.

GOROB.ai does not use materials uploaded by users to train our own AI models, unless explicitly stated and agreed to by the User.

Media files for video trends (source images and generated results) are automatically deleted from our servers 30 days after the Order was created. The Order record itself (date, selected template, amount paid) is retained in the system for accounting and support purposes, without the associated media files. We recommend downloading your finished materials as soon as the Generation is complete.

For AI songs (including the gift page at /gift), media files are kept indefinitely by default — the gift page may be viewed again months after it was created. Users may optionally enable automatic deletion of their song media files after 30 days in their account settings.

4. Analytics and Advertising Services

To analyze use of the Service, improve its functionality, and measure the effectiveness of advertising campaigns, GOROB.ai uses third-party analytics and advertising services, including Google Analytics and Meta Pixel. These services may automatically collect technical information about use of the Service, including IP address, device type, browser type, and information about page interactions.

5. Cookies

GOROB.ai uses cookies and similar technologies to operate the Service, authenticate users, save preferences, and conduct analytics and advertising effectiveness measurement. You can change your cookie settings in your browser, though this may affect the proper functioning of certain features of the Service.

6. Data Sharing

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal data. We only share information with trusted technical service providers strictly necessary to deliver the Service, or when legally compelled by applicable laws.
